Data Deletion
Guardly has no account and no server, so there is no profile of you anywhere for us to delete. Everything the app keeps is on your own phone, and you remove it yourself — though, by design, not instantly.
Delete everything
Open Account → Remove protection and request removal. After 72 hours, enter the one-time code sent to the phone. That stops the filter and lifts uninstall protection; then uninstall Guardly. Uninstalling removes every setting, count, log, note and contact the app stored, and the secret the codes come from.
The wait cannot be shortened, by you or by us. That is the point of the app, and the reason we cannot delete anything on your behalf either.
Delete your accountability contact
Account → Accountability contact → Remove contact. It takes effect at once.
Messages you sent
Alerts you sent to a contact went through your own messaging or email app, and have to be deleted there — and by your contact, in theirs.
Your other devices
Settings made on an iPhone, iPad, computer or router during guided setup belong to that device. Undo them there: Screen Time on Apple devices, and the DNS setting on Windows, Mac or the router.
